RETURN and REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY: 

Any returned item will have to be shipped within 7 days from the day it was delivered and in its original condition with the Jj's Closet SECURITY/AUTHENTICITY TAG still intact or unbroken. Call or text 346-370-1381 to start the return process.

If the item was purchased from our storefront, the item will have to be returned within 5 days from the day it was purchased and in its original condition with the Jj's Closet SECURITY/AUTHENTICITY TAG still intact or unbroken. 

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns if the SECURITY/AUTHENTICITY TAG is broken or detached.  

A 10% restocking fee will be charged based on the item's selling price. The remaining amount will be issued as a store credit or as a gift card which can be used for any future purchase from Jj's Closet.

CANCELLATION OF LAYAWAY ITEMS: A 10% cancellation fee based on the item’s selling price is applied to a canceled layaway item before or after its full payment. The remaining amount will be issued as a store credit or as a gift card which can be used for any future purchase from Jj's Closet.
